It turns out that there is tea in Istanbul too. Sebastian enjoys some while waiting for any mode of transport to present itself.

April 16 22:35

Appears that we will be stuck here at least until Monday. Sebastian checks out the hotel room possibilities.

April 16 14:22

Stuck in Istanbul, but Turkish Airlines gets everyone coffee and tea. Also: Free Burger King. Yay.

April 16 01:17

We made it on the flight from Mumbai to Istanbul at least. Let's see how long we get stuck in Istanbul...

April 15 23:04

OK. 3700 km in a rickshaw works without any major problem. Flying back to Sweden, that's where the challenge lies. Screw you Iceland (but not really).

April 15 11:57

Chilling in Mumbai, waiting for the flight back to Sweden. Blog entry on our collective thoughts of the trip will come as soon as we touch ground back home.

April 11 18:19

Finish line party, baby!

April 11 14:40

At last a win. The Adventurists beat the press club soccer team by 6-2. Fredrik keeps a clean sheet during his time as goalkeeper. Nice backdrop as well.

April 11 12:49

Finish line ceremony. Every press outlet seems to be here.

April 10 16:11

We made it to Gangtok! We had to drive through the night, in insane rain and with breaks that barely worked. But some high level engineering from Fredrik and his tools got us there in one piece. Look forward to a longer blog entry tomorrow. Now for some food. We f-ing made it!

Rickshaw Run

Follow the journey in a larger map.

The Rickshaw Run 2010

The Rickshaw Run is a race through India on three wheels with half a horse power. It is over 2000 miles (3200 km) in questionable terrain in around two weeks so it is a true adventure.

There are over 60 teams competing to reach Pondicherry where a closing game of cricket will be played followed by tea and cakes.

The Rickshaw Run is all about raising money for charity and having fun doing so.
